We work with restaurants to improve menu, delivery speed and service, so we're interested in your feedback. Poor restaurants won’t stay on Dame jidlo for long. However, it sometimes happens that the service does not meet your expectations.
We will be happy to help you with burnt pizza, missing items and poor food quality.
Do not hesitate to let us know via the contact page as soon as the problem happens. Enter what went wrong in the Complaint section and we will provide replacement, additional delivery or find another best solution for you.
If you can prove a mistake in your order with a photo, it will help if you attach it. Thanks to this we can solve the situation with the restaurant immediately.
